I have been involved in Real Estate for the past 20 Years Personally and over 7 years Professionally.  After working as a educator for over 15 years,I decided to dive deeper into my passion which was real estate. I love working with people and had long desired to help people in this way.  Being a people person, nurturing, giving and understanding, this was a career meant for me! 

I have taken a lot of pride in carefully selecting my team. With this team, I have successfully listed, marketed and sold many properties all over Los Angeles County. I have also helped many first time and repeat buyers find their perfect home or property. I attribute my superior verbal and written communications skills to the challenging transactions over the last 6 years.   With that experience, I have been able to maximize every aspect of marketing and negotiating on behalf of my clients.  My exceptional ability to problem solve, manage time and implement new material quickly makes me an asset to those who choose to work with me.  In 2011 received CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) Certification.  I am currently a member of the Agent Leadership committee,  President of the Military Committee, and Notary. I take great pride in our military and I am involved in helping with care packages for our military.   I am a realtor that accomplishes and has pride in building and maintaining the trust of all my clients, both buyers and sellers.  My caring attitude and meticulous attention to detail are just a few reasons why I maintaind a reputation of honesty and integrity within my community.  I am experienced in writing real estate contracts and am a skilled negotiator. I frequently attend continuing education seminars to stay informed.
